TEAM UPDATE: April 16, 2007
T4U (Team Thrown Together and Throwing Up): We are still looking for two volunteers to provide the WMR. ANY LUCK FROM ANYONE, SO FAR?! We're still waiting to hear from those of you who have not responded to the easy 5-question team introduction. If you haven't, read the questions below and reply to everyone on this email. No answer is silly, dummy or "out there" - SO LET'S HEAR FROM YOU! It's almost time to run and party together! GET PUMPED!

There are links to general areas within this website at the bottom of each email sent out. This particular page will be updated as we get closer to the race. This will give you a much better idea of what will be occurring and when - a good webpage to share with your family and friends so they know where you are at and what you will be facing. This is a good source to be sure that you have everything you'll need for the WMR. 2007 WMR COURSE MAP AND LEG ASSIGNMENTS Family and friends want to know where you're going to be running? Have you forgotten when you're running? A good point of reference and a couple of maps you might want to print out to refer to later while on the course. NUTRITION, CHAFING AND BLISTERS, ETC. Information posted in past emails pertaining to specific topics can be found on the Updates page of the T4U website.
