TEAM UPDATE: March 22 Addendum

Teammates:

I think I have an answer to our team name dilemma. Take a look at the logo above. I was thinking this logo might be a nice banner for our website. It would incorporate last year's AND this year's team; all the while being mindful of our colleagues serving abroad and in Iraq. What do you think?

The official name of our team would not include the "Cool Runnings" tag line (see logo below). Again, tell me what you think.

Also... I JUST RECEIVED AN EMAIL FROM STEVE HANSEN! AND YES, HE'S ON BOARD WITH US AGAIN! I'll get more information out when I have a chance to chat with Stevo from Nebrasko. In the meantime, that brings our official runners up to nine.

As well, I got an email from Chuck Fabijanic today and he's still trying to sort out details with weekend childcare (the ongoing dilemma of those of us who are middle-aged and have oodles of children!). At this point, I am going to put him on as our alternate runner and tentative driver of one of our vans.

Things are coming together... we are a team thrown together again. Now all we have to do is run the race and throw up!
